Compliance has a high priority at Vonovia. As one of the leading companies in the European residential real estate sector, we are aware of our responsibility, also in the area of compliance with laws and guidelines as well as contracts and voluntary codes.
Vonovia’s internal Compliance Management System applies to all subgroups and is designed to ensure that all transactions and processes are carried out in such a way that they comply with the relevant laws, regulations and administrative provisions, as well as contractual obligations and internal company guidelines and instructions.

Policies
We have put in place effective organizational structures and clearly assigned roles and responsibilities based on the principles of good corporate governance. Our guidelines and policies, which define the framework and minimum standards for our business processes are binding for all our employees. In order to be able to react quickly to changes, the policies are continuously reviewed by the Compliance department.
