Therefore, we strive to treat people as individuals through our efforts. Our rental prices are determined by local conditions and, if available, by certified rent indices. And nobody is left on their own when things get tough. We make sure that homes are built to meet people’s needs. And we are committed to ensuring that particularly vulnerable people find a suitable apartment.
