Response to Megatrends

Faced with urbanization and demographic change, our commitment to affordable homes and adapting to the needs of an aging population is more than just a response to megatrends; it is a necessity. We are committed to creating homes for all that promote health, safety and satisfaction. Our strategy also includes maintaining and improving our residential property in order to improve our customers’ quality of living. By adopting an integrated approach, we are actively helping to create a sustainable, socially responsible real estate industry that takes into account what our individual tenants can actually afford.

In a dynamic world, we are reimagining the fundamental necessity of housing. We navigate demographic changes and urban densification in a socially responsible way to create safe, healthy and affordable living environments that meet individual needs. Therefore, we strive to treat people as individuals through our efforts. Our rental prices are determined by local conditions and, if available, by certified rent indices. And nobody is left on their own when things get tough. We make sure that homes are built to meet people’s needs. And we are committed to ensuring that particularly vulnerable people find a suitable apartment.
